We utilize third-party shipping carriers to deliver orders. Shipping methods, transit times, and estimated delivery windows may vary depending on destination, product availability, and carrier operations. Any delivery dates or shipping estimates provided are for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or damages occurring after an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

All products are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract, and risk of loss and title for items pass to the customer upon transfer of the products to the shipping carrier. Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and ensuring secure receipt of their deliveries.

We are not liable for shipping delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier disruptions, customs clearance procedures, weather events, natural disasters, labor disputes, government actions, supply chain interruptions, or other force majeure events. Such delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or liability unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees and associated costs prior to any reshipment. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or deemed undeliverable, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees, storage fees, customs charges, and any other related expenses. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any refund issued in connection with a refused or undeliverable shipment may be reduced by applicable fees, costs, and expenses incurred.

For international shipments, customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, tariffs, import fees, and regulatory compliance requirements imposed by their country. We are not responsible for customs delays, inspections, holds, or seizures. If a shipment is rejected, confiscated, or returned due to customs regulations or unpaid duties, the customer assumes full responsibility for all associated costs and potential losses.

In the event a product arrives visibly damaged, customers may be required to retain all packaging materials and provide photographic evidence to support any claim. Failure to comply with reasonable claim procedures within 48 hours may result in denial of replacement or refund. Claims related to carrier damage or loss may need to be submitted directly to the shipping carrier unless otherwise required by law.

We reserve the right to ship orders in multiple packages and to substitute comparable shipping methods when necessary. If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we may cancel all or part of the order and issue a refund at our discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from shipping delays, lost shipments, carrier errors, delivery failures, or related issues. Our maximum liability arising from or related to shipping shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
